Experience Design
We build experiences from the ground up.
Gain a better perspective on what is driving change in your industry. Align on strategic business goals and imperatives, and discover what your customers think, feel and want from you as a company, and as a brand. Our Experience Design processes helps you discover and define your team's and associates unarticulated needs and wants.
We can help you discover latent opportunities and define & design the most compelling and optimized user experiences.

01 Research Design
We start by understanding the scope of inquiry and hone in on the right set of questions we should be pursuing on your behalf. We then get to work on designing a research program that meets your expectations and project requirements.
02 Stakeholder Workshops
Gain context and clarity around collective expectations. Surface your businesses core challenges and determine project goals and objectives.

03 Global Scanning
Gain a better perspective on the key drivers, signals and trends that are shaping your core business and operating environment. Move beyond traditional approaches and trend reports. We are continuously scanning in order to build a more robust understanding of the current state and emerging futures to help anticipate and prepare you for change.
04 Field Research
We combine observational field research with conversational, in-person approaches, to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the current state and opportunity spaces. This immersive approach helps us adjust and correct our first assumptions and ask better questions to get to the heart of what we need to explore on your behalf.

05 Journey Mapping
Discover the processes and tasks, understand the thoughts and emotions, and audit the tools and technologies people use when interacting with your products or services. Understand the current state and unpack deeper insights to drive ideation and opportunity development. Our Journey Maps are a unique offering that compliment our Insights & Opportunity Reports, and Global Scans.
06 Opportunity Mapping
Identify whitespaces for further exploration and disruption. Define opportunity spaces and envision the ideal customer and user experiences by modelling preliminary ideas and concepts.

07 Experience Blueprinting
Visualize imagined concepts based on previous research phases and Opportunity Maps. Immerse yourself and key stakeholders in the experience and socialize engagements via our large format Experience Maps and Scrolls. We’ve prototyped our own unique method for visually communicating ideas and concepts, and honed these process over the years to be able to offer our clients the state of the art, when it comes to researching and designing experiences that are right for you and your clients.
08 Your Partner, in the Room
We prefer to have a high touch relationship with you. Our approach is one of open collaboration. As partners we aim to understand your business and bring fresh perspectives and imaginative questions to discuss and debate. We want to keep you in the loop and well informed every step of the way so that we are aligned and that surprises are good ones. We want to push the boundaries of what is possible, and challenge assumptions. Together, we can articulate and design experiences that are both right for you and your clients.

Give Us a Shout
We are very down to earth and human centric in everything we do. That being said, a website really can’t communicate in the same way a face-to-face (even if it is virtual) meeting can. If you are interested, or just plain curious about us, our work, and what we do, we’d love to meet and discuss the opportunity to engage further. We’d be happy to share some of our past work and discuss how we might collaborate.
